- Does the template work out the tax?
- No. You write the rate yourself, because it depends on what you sell and to whom.
- Does it track the numbering?
- No. Numbering is yours, and the template keeps no record of earlier documents.
- What other templates are there?
- Receipt, quote, purchase order, packing slip, expense report, timesheet and resignation letter.
- Can I edit the invoice after downloading?
- Fill in the template again and download a new copy; the finished file is a document, not a form.
- Does it replace accounting software?
- No. It is filling in and sending, with no ledgers and no reconciliation.
- Can I use it without a subscription?
- Running the tool, yes. Downloading the result, no. The opening week costs less, then the monthly price applies and you can cancel whenever.
